Does anyone know what happens in the Last Sacrifice by Richelle Mead?

those were my fav books:)) okay well i read on her website that the last one was just like all of the others kinda put together put something different happens....dont know what that means?? haha but i wish she would tell us what happens with rose and dimitri and if rose is arrested...cant wait..came out the 7th i think..omg i gotta go buy it!!!!'
