Floyd Rose Tuning Problems ?

I went to tune my guitar into drop D but I couldn't because the knobs had reached their adjustment limit. So I retuned it from the top so they could reach the proper notes but then the A through High E strings would only tune about half way. I didn't do anything to those 5 strings that I didn't do to the Low E string so I'm really confused. Also the 5 strings will tune higher w/o any problems so Ik its prob not a problem w/ the screw itself. I'm really confused & have no clue on what this could be? I'm going to take it to a guitar shop soon but I would like to know if this is something I can fix myself before I put out the money. Thank you so much !! :)
