Fender Stratocaster tone knob gets stuck at 10?

I JUST got a brand new American Fender Stratocaster (Standard) and when I turn the bottom tone knob all the way to 10, it gets stuck there and I have to apply more force than usual just to get to budge back in the other direction. Should I return the guitar and get a new one considering I payed $1100 for it? Or is there something I can do to fix this? All of the other knobs turn with ease, it's just the bottom one that gets stuck when it's at 10 - it even turns fine like all the others when it's at 1.
