How to make a door knob that shocks anyone that touches it?

Now I know this is illegal but this was a project that was given to us where you will use your knowledge of electronics and explore its applications. The project is about how to connect electricity into your door knob and produce high (probably just 1000 volts) but small amounts of amperes. One of my classmates will use the flash thing in the camera so I have to think of something else can anyone please help me?
