Hurtful Comments on Youtube- Why are people so heartless and cut-throat on youtube?

Anonymity brings out the worst in people. Someone who would otherwise be a decent person in real life gets on the internet, and then realize that there is no consequence in what they say. They realize that, since there are no repercussions, they can do whatever they want. Or, sometimes, people are just ***** like that. Just learn to ignore these types of people.
