Is my house haunted?!?!?!?

So I'm thirteen and I've been noticing that I'll put something somewhere and later I'll find it in a different place or I can't find it at all. I have this rug in my bathroom and whenever I go in there it's in a different spot. I even put it there and went out of the bathroom for a few minutes and when I went back in it was moved. And I made sure no one went in there. And sometimes when I'm in my bedroom I get the feeling that someone is standing behind me, really strong and it freaks me out.. And sometimes I see my cats just staring at the wall when there's nothing there. And my door knob moves like someone is trying to get in when there's no one there. As you can tell most of the stuff happens in my bedroom.. Is there any way I can figure out what this is? Anything I can do or try? Help!
