Name Of Older Arcade Game?

I'm trying to think of the name or find a picture of an old sports game I used to play. It was an upright game that featured a baseball player or football player who could be moved with the turn of a silver knob to the left or right. He stood in front of a board covered in pegs, kind of similar to the Plinko game from the Price is Right. You shoot small balls by pressing a button and it falls down the board to the player below. You have to position him under the ball and catch it to earn points, or sport cards. Any help or ideas to what the machine is would be awesome!!
