What is the best software for dubstep?

im a beginer/intermediate ive heard fl studios is good but ive also heard reason is also ive heard and liked razer also which one is best for a beginer/intermediate and is easy to learn and master? i dont like the ones with a billion knobs and switches and control panel that you haVE TO GO THROUGH TO MAKE ONE SOUND FOR YOUR SONG AND ALSO a program that allows me to put parts together easy to make full songs then save them into a file to be burned to a cd
