What would I call this hairstyle?

I know basically what I want which is shoulder length with a short side bang but I have this picture in my head that I cannot describe. I kind of want it to be a little shaggy and punk-ish, like with shorter little hairs all over, I think that would help me a lot. Like not usual layers, but I think that would be classified as layers but everyone seems to think layers mean this whole other thing. I just want a straight, simple, medium length hair cut with my side bang kind of made not just going straight down my face and some short hairs from the first layer of hair to.
